What Is the Virtual Gateway?

The Virtual Gateway was previously known as Manual Charge or Open Card Terminal. It lets you charge customers in real time when they have securely saved their credit or debit cards (tokenization) to pay for your products or services.

To request activation, you must complete an identity and data verification and validation process. Please send your request to cumplimiento@tilopay.com

Once you’re approved and your Virtual Gateway is active, simply click Create Virtual Gateway, follow the steps provided, and charge your customer.

You are 100% responsible for these transactions. Make sure the customer is legitimate and uses payment methods that belong to them.
