ContactTilopay is a payments ecosystem founded in 2019 with the purpose of driving transactions forward. We develop transactional technology and partnerships with the most important global platforms and banks in the region to facilitate the flow of money between buyers and sellers in the safest and easiest way.
It's two steps: create your account at start.tilopay.com and complete the affiliation form with your business details. Once you receive your credentials, you can integrate Tilopay into your platform or start collecting payments with Payment Link and QR Code, guided by a Customer Success representative.
We integrate with more than 90 platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, VTEX, PrestaShop, Magento, and hospitality PMS systems like Cloudbeds and SimpleBooking. We also offer an SDK and API for custom developments.
Connection to platforms without redirects, Payment Link and QR Code, recurring subscription billing, virtual card terminal, product catalog, coupons and BIN-based discounts, installments and zero-rate financing, card tokenization, and a dashboard with real-time reports.
We work with the highest levels of international security: PCI DSS certification, 3DS authentication with Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check and American Express SafeKey, fraud prevention with Kount and Fraudio, and tokenization of your customers' cards.
Yes. You can receive payments with cards issued outside your country and charge international customers; local processing is available in Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
Our payments ecosystem welcomes 33 countries and 17 financial groups across Central America and the Caribbean, with local processing in Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
You can process in Costa Rican colones, US dollars, quetzales, and other local currencies depending on the country and the acquiring bank you work with.
You install the Tilopay plugin on your platform, paste your API credentials, and activate the payment method. No technical knowledge is required, and you have documentation in Spanish and English plus a sandbox testing environment before going live.
